Over 20 years in South Florida real estate. An entrepreneur before that. A husband, a neighbor, and someone who still gets a kick out of handing over the keys.
Before I ever held a real estate license, I ran businesses. That's still how I approach every sale.
My first real job in South Florida was managing the Mail Boxes Etc. at Town and Country in Kendall, which is where I met my wife, Melissa, 25 years ago. From there I started a printing and marketing company that I owned and grew for many years. Running that business taught me how to price, how to market, how to negotiate, and how to take care of customers so they come back and send their friends.
In 2002, Melissa and I started investing in property. We bought, renovated, rented, and sold homes across the area, and we learned the market the way you only can with your own money on the line. Somewhere along the way we realized that what we loved most was the moment a family got the keys, or closed a chapter and moved on to the next one. Getting licensed was the natural next step.
I serve Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, with a particular focus on Kendall, Palmetto Bay, Bonita Lakes and Deerwood, the Three Lakes area, Cutler Bay, South Miami, Miami Springs, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, and Miramar. Melissa and I have also closed transactions as far away as West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, and Jamaica, so if your situation reaches beyond South Florida, it's not our first time.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people ever make. It deserves an agent whose whole workday is your transaction, not someone squeezing it in around another job. I answer my own phone, I show up, and I follow through. I have helped many clients reach their goals, and I'm confident I can do the same for you.
Our office motto says it best: consider it sold.
Each of these took real coursework and real transactions to earn. They matter most when a sale isn't simple.
Trained in the probate process, court timelines, and how to coordinate a property sale with the estate's attorney. I also wrote Navigating Probate for Families, a plain-English guide for executors and heirs.
The benchmark designation for representing buyers. It covers negotiation, contracts, financing, and protecting a buyer's interests from the first showing through closing.
Advanced training in pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiation on behalf of sellers, so your home is positioned to sell for the most the market will bear.
Specialized training in handling the marital home during a divorce: valuation, neutral communication with both parties and their attorneys, and a process that keeps things fair and moving.
No pitch and no pressure. Just an honest conversation about your options.
